She also handles criminal litigation and corporate compliance matters, bringing a practical, detail-oriented approach shaped by her prior decade-long career in software and finance technology. A registered Notary Public, she is currently expanding her expertise into the emerging field of AI and law, applying her technical background to examine how new technologies are transforming legal practice. She holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) and Scrum Development, and remains an active advocate for access to justice through volunteer legal aid work and community outreach initiatives.

Atty. John Bryle Ferraro

With over a decade of experience in multinational corporate environments, Atty. Bryle, built his career as a Contract and Legal Documentation Team Lead, overseeing teams responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts from the ground up — including commercial agreements, vendor contracts, and labor and HR documentation such as employment contracts and consultancy agreements. His real estate expertise spans Deeds of Sale, Cancellation, Assignment, and Conveyance, along with managing high-volume bank loan title transfers, ensuring accuracy and compliance across complex, deadline-driven transactions.

He brings extensive experience in international entity formation and corporate restructuring, having led the creation, dissolution, and rationalization of corporate entities across the APAC region, including cross-border ownership transfers and the establishment of new legal entities in Hong Kong, Singapore, and the Philippines. His work in this space is grounded in strong international compliance know-how, navigating differing regulatory and execution requirements across jurisdictions, alongside hands-on corporate housekeeping — leading Board and Stockholders’ meetings, maintaining corporate books, and ensuring annual regulatory filings and statutory compliance are met without fail.
